Instructions
- Prepare the Bread: Cut the sourdough into cubes or horizontal slices without cutting all the way through.
- Make the Filling: In a bowl, combine cranberry sauce, chopped rosemary, and salt.
- Stuff the Bread: Spoon the filling evenly into the cuts of the sourdough.
- Add the Brie: Insert pieces of Brie into the cuts alongside the cranberry filling.
- Brush with Butter: Melt butter and brush it generously over the bread.
- Bake the Bread: Place on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
