- 4 ounces cream cheese (light recommended)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese blend)
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: Chopped cilantro, sliced jalapeños, paprika
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients.
- Blend the cottage cheese and cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until hot and the cheeses melt.
- Serve warm with optional toppings and tortilla chips or fresh veggie sticks.
Notes
Use Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese for extra protein. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
