  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Mushrooms
  • Italian Herbs
  • Cheese (Mozzarella or Italian blend)
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Balsamic Glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sautéed vegetables, diced cherry tomatoes, Italian herbs, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix well.
