- 6 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 10 ounces mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Grease an 8×8-inch or 9×9-inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat until light golden.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add Rice Krispies cereal, stirring gently to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan, pressing it evenly.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Optional: Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled treats.
