Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine unsweetened chocolate and butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together granulated sugar and eggs until well combined.
- Cool the chocolate mixture slightly, then fold into the sugar and egg mixture.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour and fold gently until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually incorporate powdered sugar.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the brownie batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs. Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
For a healthier version, you can substitute butter with coconut oil or applesauce and use stevia or coconut sugar for sweetness.
