Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. In another bowl, combine the sugar and vegetable oil, then mix in the eggs, followed by the mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually stir in the dry mixture until just combined.

  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
