- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 package crescent roll dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine shredded cooked chicken with cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out crescent roll dough, spoon chicken mixture onto wide end of each triangle, fold edges over, and pinch to seal.
- Arrange on a greased baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, whisk in heavy cream and broth, stir until smooth, add Parmesan, salt, and pepper, and whisk until thickened.
- Remove chicken pillows from oven, drizzle with sauce, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve immediately.
Notes
Using leftover rotisserie chicken can save time. Ensure to pinch pillows tightly to prevent leakage.
