Description

A light yet satisfying dish combining grilled chicken, fresh romaine, and creamy Caesar dressing on a flatbread.


Ingredients

  • Whole wheat or naan flatbreads
  • Grilled chicken breast
  • Romaine lettuce
  • Caesar dressing
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Marinate the grilled chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, and Italian herbs. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  2. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and halve the cherry tomatoes.
  3. Lay a flatbread on a clean surface, drizzle Caesar dressing over it, and layer with romaine and sliced chicken.
  4. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
  5. Fold or wrap the flatbread and toast lightly on a grill or skillet for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Cut in half and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover flatbreads in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
