Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Whisk until well combined. Add the eggs, red food coloring, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- While cooling, prepare the frosting by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then gradually adding the powdered sugar and milk until creamy.
- Once the brownies are cooled, spread the cream cheese frosting generously over the top.
