- Sesame Oil (1/4 cup)
- Rice Vinegar (1/4 cup)
- Green Onions (for garnish)

- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Sear the Ribs: In a skillet, sear the marinated short ribs for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Assemble in a Dutch Oven: Transfer seared ribs to a Dutch oven, pour excess marinade and beef broth over the ribs.
- Slow Cook the Ribs: Cover and slow cook in the oven for about 3-4 hours until tender.
- Glaze and Broil (Optional): Remove ribs from the oven, increase the oven temperature to broil, brush ribs with cooking liquid, and broil for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish and Serve: Let the ribs rest, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve hot with sides or atop steamed rice.
Notes
Marinate longer for deeper flavor and tenderness. Serve with jasmine rice or in bao buns for a unique twist.
