Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the tart crust by combining flour, a pinch of salt, and butter until crumbly, then add egg yolk and water to form a dough. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough, press it into a tart pan, prick with a fork, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
