- 2 large Eggs
- 2 1/4 cups All-purpose Flour

- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well, then add vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.
- Add milk and mix until fully combined.
- Portion out dough onto baking sheets, leaving space between cookies.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden and centers appear slightly underbaked.
- Cool cookies on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gradually mix in powdered sugar.
- Fill half the cooled cookies with the vanilla cream filling.
- Melt chocolate chips in a bowl, add heavy cream for ganache consistency.
- Dip filled cookies in ganache or drizzle it on top, allowing it to set before serving.
Notes
For healthier options, consider coconut oil instead of butter and honey instead of sugar.
