- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup/agave nectar for vegan)
- 1–2 bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup Nutella (or nut butter)
- Cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, place 2 cups of Greek yogurt.
- Sweeten the Yogurt: Add honey and mix until sweetened to your liking.
- Spread the Yogurt: Pour yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Add Sliced Bananas: Arrange banana slices evenly over the yogurt layer.
- Swirl in Nutella: Drizzle Nutella over yogurt and bananas, then swirl with a knife.
- Freeze the Bark: Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
- Cut and Serve: Remove from the sheet and cut into pieces.
