Ingredients

  • 12 bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Nutella (or nut butter)
  • Cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, place 2 cups of Greek yogurt.
  2. Sweeten the Yogurt: Add honey and mix until sweetened to your liking.
  3. Spread the Yogurt: Pour yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading it to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Add Sliced Bananas: Arrange banana slices evenly over the yogurt layer.
  5. Swirl in Nutella: Drizzle Nutella over yogurt and bananas, then swirl with a knife.
  6. Freeze the Bark: Freeze for 2-3 hours until solid.
  7. Cut and Serve: Remove from the sheet and cut into pieces.
