- 1 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or gluten-free)
- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the salmon by removing skin and dicing it into small chunks.
- In a large bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
