  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (whole wheat or gluten-free)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the salmon by removing skin and dicing it into small chunks.
  3. In a large bowl, combine salmon, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
