- 4 Salmon Fillets
- 2 tbsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 Avocado
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and coat them with Cajun seasoning.
- Place the seasoned salmon on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
- While baking, combine avocado, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and salt in a bowl. Mash until creamy but slightly chunky.
- Remove the salmon from the oven, let it rest briefly, and serve with the creamy sauce on top.
Notes
For variations, consider using Greek yogurt instead of avocado for the sauce, or substitute Cajun seasoning with lemon pepper for a milder flavor.
