Description
A rich and creamy Oreo cheesecake that combines delightful cookie flavors with smooth texture, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 24 Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, melted
- 4 packages Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 large Eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, creating a slight rise along the edges. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Gradually add sugar, vanilla extract, and sour cream. Mix until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, blending well after each.
- Chop 6 Oreos and fold into the cheesecake batter.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and spread it evenly. Bake for 45 minutes or until the edges are set but the center jiggles slightly.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool for about an hour. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Notes
Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, or fresh fruits for added flavor and presentation. Allow the cheesecake to cool fully for the best texture.
