Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • 6 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1 Carrot, grated
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 Lime

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Ensure the fillets are fully coated in the seasoning.
  2. Lay the seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon should be flaky and easily flaked with a fork when done.
  3. While the salmon cooks, prepare the slaw. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, cilantro, and lime juice. Toss until everything is well mixed.
  4. Once the salmon is cooked, take it out of the air fryer and let it rest for a minute. Flake the fish into large chunks. Warm the corn tortillas briefly in a pan or microwave to make them flexible.
  5. Fill each corn tortilla with a generous portion of flaked salmon, followed by a good helping of the cabbage slaw. Serve with lime wedges on the side for drizzling.
