Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and prepare Roma tomatoes by rinsing and drying them.
- Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise and place them cut-side up on a cutting board.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, rubbing the seasonings into the tomatoes.
- Arrange the seasoned tomatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced out for even cooking.
- Air fry for 15 minutes, checking halfway through for even roasting.
