Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and prepare Roma tomatoes by rinsing and drying them.
  2. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise and place them cut-side up on a cutting board.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper, rubbing the seasonings into the tomatoes.
  4. Arrange the seasoned tomatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are spaced out for even cooking.
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes, checking halfway through for even roasting.
