Description
A quick and delicious way to enjoy Halloumi cheese with an air fryer for a healthy snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- Halloumi Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Herbs (optional)
- Chili Flakes (optional)
- Lemon Juice (optional)
Instructions
- Slice the Halloumi into thick slices, about half an inch wide.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Lightly brush each slice of Halloumi with olive oil and sprinkle chili flakes if desired.
- Place the Halloumi slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer and air fry for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove the Halloumi from the air fryer and drizzle with fresh lemon juice and fresh herbs before serving warm.
Notes
Serve alongside green salads, or pair with pita bread and tzatziki for a Mediterranean twist.
