Instructions
- Prep the Potatoes: Wash and optionally peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into even sticks or wedges.
- Soak the Fries: Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- Dry the Fries: Drain and pat the potatoes dry using a clean kitchen towel.
- Toss in Olive Oil: In a large bowl, toss the dried potatoes with olive oil and seasonings until evenly coated.
- Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat to 380°F (193°C) for crispiness.
- Air Fry the Potatoes: Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Check for Doneness: Test fries for desired crispiness and cook longer if necessary.
- Season and Serve: Remove fries, season with additional salt or toppings, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
