Ingredients

- Fresh Eggs
- Sharp Cheddar or Creamy Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and prep any additional toppings.
- Spread butter or olive oil on one side of each slice of bread and place them in the air fryer basket, oiled side up. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for about 3 minutes until golden.
- In a bowl, crack the eggs, add salt, pepper, and other seasonings. Whisk until combined and frothy.
- Add a generous amount of cheese into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture onto the toasted bread in the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the eggs are set but still soft.
