A quick and delightful appetizer combining crispy phyllo cups with creamy feta and a drizzle of hot honey.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 10 sheets Phyllo Dough
- ¼ cup Hot Honey
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Thyme or Oregano, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out a sheet of phyllo dough, brushing lightly with olive oil. Layer another sheet on top and repeat.
- Cut the layered phyllo sheets into 3×3 inch squares.
- Press phyllo squares into a mini muffin tin to form cups.
- Crumble feta into each phyllo cup.
- Drizzle olive oil over each feta cup.
- Bake for 7-10 minutes or until phyllo is golden brown.
- Drizzle hot honey over the feta cups immediately after baking.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
Notes
Use quality block feta for best results. Experiment with flavorful herbs.
