A refreshing blend of strawberry and Sprite that elevates any summertime gathering.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup Sprite (or diet Sprite for a lower-calorie option)
- 1–2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Simple syrup (to taste)
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
- Ice (for serving)
Instructions
- Wash and hull the strawberries, slicing them into halves or quarters.
- Add the strawberries to a glass or shaker and muddle to release their juices.
- Pour in the lemon juice and simple syrup over the muddled strawberries, stirring gently.
- Slowly add the Sprite, being careful not to lose the fizz.
- Fill a glass with ice and strain the strawberry mixture into the glass. Garnish as desired and enjoy!
Notes
Great for parties; can be made in advance by preparing the strawberry mixture and adding Sprite just before serving.
