- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Rainbow Sprinkles
- 1 cup Circus Animal Cookies, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare Your Baking Dish: Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper and grease it with butter.
- Melt the Chocolate Mixture: In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and butter. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth (5-7 minutes).
- Add White Chocolate: Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until fully melted.
- Mix in the Cookies and Sprinkles: Fold in the chopped Circus Animal Cookies and rainbow sprinkles.
- Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, or freeze for 30-45 minutes.
